I am so excited to announce the Teachers Pay Teachers site wide Cyber Sale that will run Monday and Tuesday. During these two days you can save up to 28% when enter the promo code SMILE at checkout. My whole store will be the full 28% off with that promo code.
So what's on music teachers' wish lists?
Whether you are making your own wishlist or shopping for a music teacher friend or family member here are some ideas for you to grab on Cyber Monday and Tuesday during the sale.
Here are some of the most wish-listed Christmas and Winter resources from my store:
1) Rockin' Christmas Freeze Dance
This is so fun to get those wiggle out in the days or weeks leading up to Christmas. During these few weeks, our students have a lot of indoor recess and they need to move. If I have some extra minutes, I love to do this freeze dance with my kids. Throw on some music and let them freeze to match the picture on the screen.
2) Songs and Activities for Winter
This file contains a bunch of my song files, games, and vocal explorations for Christmas and Winter. One of my favorite things in this set are the "Dashing Through the Snow Rhythm Races". We play this like my other rhythm races games, but we add scooters borrowed from the gym teacher to be our "sleds". This is also a fun game to use combined with the PE teacher and do in the gym.
It has song files that you can project on your screen and sing along with the lyrics. It also has slides to practice different rhythmic and melodic concepts.

3) 25 Days of Carols - 25 Clues (Bulletin board set/PowerPoint) by David Row at Make Moments Matter
I think this would be SO fun in the days leading up to Christmas. I am not sure if I will make a bulletin board out of it or just post it as my kids come into the room for them to guess on the Carol of the Day.
4) Nutcracker Listening Glyphs by Tracy King the Bulletin Board Lady:
These look like a great way to get kids listening critically to the music from the Nutcracker. They would be great to have on hand in the event of needing a substitute in December as well!
